In this course, student will learn construction project scheduling techniques that apply to projects of all sizes. During this course, techniques will be illustrated on scheduling software, using example projects. Recommended Prerequisite: EXTX 204 (Quarter Equivalent: EXSP 8100). All interested students are welcome to enroll. This course falls in the middle of the Construction Management certificate program course sequence and content may require students to have knowledge of drawings & specifications, estimating & bidding, and project planning concepts.
Notes:
This course takes place via Zoom on Saturdays for 8 weeks, starting on 3/16 and ending on 5/18 (no meetings on 4/6 and 5/11) . A Zoom link will be sent to registered students via email prior to the first class meeting. Course materials will be available to students on Canvas. This course is open to new and continuing students in the Construction Management program.
