Online Master of Science in Educational LeadershipDegree ProgramCalifornia State University, East Bay’s Master of Science in Educational Leadership is designed for those who wish to become leaders in education at the preK-12, preschool, adult, or community college levels. Through this fully online, master's degree program, students will not only acquire the management skills that educational leaders require, but will also learn how to tackle larger leadership challenges. This program has an option for qualified applicants to also earn a Preliminary California Administrative Services Credential. The online-only format makes the program convenient for anyone in the world, not just those who live or work in the San Francisco East Bay Area. Students can look forward to a hands-on, rigorous curriculum in which both the instructors and fellow students provide detailed feedback on each student's work. Students can communicate with their instructors and advisors in a variety of ways: e-mail, telephone, chat room office hours, and/or videoconference.
